How long does it take to paint a house interior?

Most single rooms take one to two days including prep. A typical three-bedroom home interior usually takes around four to seven working days, depending on ceiling heights, repairs and the number of colours. We give you a timeframe in your written quote.

Do I need to move out while you paint?

No. We paint occupied homes all the time. We work room by room, protect your furniture and floors, and can use low-odour, low-VOC paints so you can stay comfortably at home.

Do you move furniture?

Yes. We move furniture to the centre of the room and cover it. We ask you to remove small valuables, artwork and fragile items before we start.

What paint do you use for interiors?

We use premium Dulux interior paints, choosing the sheen and product for each room — washable low-sheen for living areas, flat for ceilings, semi-gloss enamel for trims and mould-resistant products for wet areas.

Can you repair cracks and holes before painting?

Yes. Plaster patching, crack repairs, sanding and spot-priming are part of our preparation, and any larger repairs are itemised in your quote.
